House inspection completed 06/12/2020. Chris was thorough and explained the good and bad areas of the house. The report supplied is extensive. The report language was simple to understand and follow (as a first time buyer, super helpful) and the hyperlinks to the city codes gave necessary ammunition, to provide to the seller, so they can update those items deemed safety before purchase. Even if we don't purchase the house, the seller is now aware of the repairs a new applicant loan provider will ask for, prior to sale.
