4 Point Inspection

This independent report is commonly required by insurance companies for houses 25+ years old and condominiums 40-50+ in order to determine if a property qualifies for insurance. This inspection is used to identify condition, age, defects and safety concerns regarding the four major systems of the home – Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Roof.
