Roof Certifications

Is a roof inspection used to provide a professional opinion as to the rooftop’s remaining life expectancy by utilizing information such as installation date, type of materials and current condition. Roof deficiencies found will need to be repaired before the certification will be accepted in most cases. The roof certification is not a warranty but rather a statement of opinion from a licensed professional. This inspection is included in a standard 4 Point inspection.
