A Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspection provides a thorough inspection of the home that produces a written report for visible evidence of an infestation or damage by wood destroying organisms. Wood Destroying Organisms are not limited to subterranean and dry wood termites, but also identifies wood destroying beetles and wood destroying fungi. This service is only available in conjunction with complete home inspections and is performed by a third party.
